All Aerial classes are taught by Debs and are tailored to the student, catering for everyone from the complete beginner to those more advanced students.

 GALENA HOUSE, HAMMERSMITH

 - Private Classes are available Sundays from 10am-2pm

 FLYING FANTASTIC, UNION STREET

 - Mondays:

10:00-11:15 Aerial Hoop

17:30-19:30 Progressions in Aerial (all Apparatus)

For a Private class, once you've booked your class time, you will be contacted via email to determine what apparatus you would like your class to be in, or email Debs to request an alternative day / time.

GROUP CLASSES IN HAMMERSMITH: 

Unfortunately I am not currently teaching scheduled group classes at the Hammersmith venue.

However, Aerial Life does offer group classes here and I thoroughly recommend Gera and her team!

STATIC TRAPEZE​

 

A great place to start your journey into aerial circus.

A bar is suspended in the air, and you build confidence and strength whilst learning moves and positions on and around the bar and ropes.​​

AERIAL HOOP

 

This apparatus does involve an element of spinning.

 

A metal hoop is suspended in the air, and you build confidence and strength whilst learning moves and positions on and around the hoop.

AERIAL SILKS

 

This requires the ability to hold your own body weight for basic skills.

 

A beautiful and elegant aerial apparatus that allows you to wrap yourself up and learn drops and positions within the fabric.​​

DUO TRAPEZE

An aerial skill for two participants who have previously done some trapeze.

A bar is suspended in the air, and you use strength and flexibility to move yourself and your partner in and out of positions on the bar and on each other.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

A group class designed to build strength and body condition, and to improve your aerial skills.
