In this class, the pole stays put while you learn to move around it. It's a fantastic way to build confidence and strength from the ground up!
We'll teach you all the fundamentals, you'll master essential grip techniques, basic pole walks, and foundational spins like the classic Fireman Spin. We’ll also work on building the strength for basic climbs and how to gracefully sit on the pole. We break down every single move step-by-step in a safe and encouraging environment.
Every other week is a Spin Pole class, where the pole moves with you, allowing for beautiful, flowing transitions and spins.
These classes are designed for absolute first-timers! No experience is necessary, and you don't need a background in dance or gymnastics.

We'll start with the basics in a super supportive and encouraging environment, and you'll learn how to safely climb the silks, use a "foot lock" and foundational wraps and poses that will help you feel comfortable in the air. We'll also cover essential conditioning exercises to build the grip and upper body strength you need to feel confident and strong.
This class is for absolute beginners, so no experience is necessary! You don't need to be an expert climber or have a gymnastics background. We focus on building your confidence and strength one step at a time, making it a fantastic workout that feels like pure fun.

Yoga-ish

Where do we begin.. This amazing new series blends yoga postures, mobility, conditioning, and bodywork to help you feel stronger, more flexible, and more connected in your body. Each hand-crafted class has its own unique flavour, so you can choose the balance of fire, strength, or flow that best suits your physical needs.
Yoga-ish: Strength & Stretch - A mat-based 50-minute hybrid class, unique to Fly-Fit where you’ll move through a mix of conditioning, mobility, core work, and yoga postures to strengthen and release your body. Build core strength, loosen tight muscles, and improve overall movement quality. A balanced class that welcomes most levels with adaptations available in most instances.
Yoga-ish: Friday Flow - Ease into the weekend with a gentler Yoga-ish practice. This 50-minute class focuses on stretching, mobility, and flowing sequences inspired by yoga. A slower-paced session that’s kind on the body but big on benefits — great for beginners, those who want to focus on stretching and mobility, or anyone craving a restorative end to the week. Welcoming to all ages and levels (16+) to help you to feel nourished, stretched and rejuvenated with adaptations available in most instances.
Yoga-ish: Fire & Flow - Like Yin & Yang - the best of both worlds! This 50-minute class blends HIIT, conditioning, mobility, and yoga for a workout that leaves you stronger, fitter, and more supple. The first half is fire — a dynamic session to raise your heart rate and build strength drawing on yoga inspired conditioning. The second half is a calming flow of yoga postures, mobility, and stretches designed to restore balance and flexibility.This is the spiciest of our Yoga-ish classes. While suitable for most levels, you’ll definitely feel the burn, with the option to dial it up or down through posture and movement variations.

Intermediate Aerial Hoop (Lyra)

We'll build on your foundational skills to create longer, more fluid sequences and explore new ways to move with the hoop. In this class, you will work on more challenging mounts and dismounts, master a variety of inversions, and learn to link poses together with beautiful transitions. We’ll also start introducing you to single-leg hangs and dynamic sequences that will challenge both your strength and your creativity.
Prerequisites: Students should be able to mount the hoop unassisted, be able to hold a knee hang for 10 seconds, and be able to safely transition between basic poses such as Star on the Bar to Bird’s Nest.

In this class, you'll learn to transition between poses with flow and fluidity, create longer sequences, and safely perform more challenging drops and wraps. This class is perfect for exploring more creative and expressive movements, unlocking new possibilities with the fabric.
Prerequisites: Students should be comfortable with basic wraps and hangs and be able to invert with little to no assistance.

Intermediate Pole
Ready to go upside down? Our Intermediate Static Pole class is where we dive into the exciting world of inversions and more challenging tricks. You’ll build on your foundation of spins and climbs to unlock the next level of pole strength and control.
In this class, you'll work on your inversions, including the crucial Outside Leg Hang and Inside Leg Hang. We'll also refine your climbing technique and introduce more advanced pole spins and floor work. The focus will be on linking multiple moves together to create seamless, powerful combinations.
Prerequisites: Students must be able to confidently execute a basic climb, a pole sit, a basic invert and the ability to dismount the pole safely.
Our Intermediate Spinning Pole class is designed for those who want to take their spins to the next level. We’ll explore more complex inversions and link multiple spins together with smooth transitions.
In this class, you'll learn how to invert while the pole is spinning and master dynamic moves like the Boomerang Spin. We’ll focus on building the strength and control needed to create elegant, powerful sequences that showcase your progress. Get ready to experience the thrill of more advanced spins and fluid motion!
Prerequisites: Students must be comfortable with the basics of spinning pole and have a solid understanding of static pole fundamentals, including climbs, sits, a basic invert and the ability to dismount the pole safely.

Intermediate Static Trapeze
Ready to take your trapeze skills to the next level? Our Intermediate Static Trapeze class is designed to build on the fundamentals you've mastered. We'll challenge your strength, technique, and creative flow as you dive into more complex movements.
In this class, you'll learn to link foundational poses into seamless sequences and explore the world of inversions (going upside down). We'll focus on challenging knee hangs, dynamic rolls, and transitions both above and below the bar. We’ll also work on refining your lines and control to make your moves look effortless and elegant.
Prerequisites: Students should be able to confidently execute a forward and backward roll to knee hook, perform a gazelle, and hold a straddle under the bar.
